  1. Noughts and Crosses have three things which in my opinion are needed to make a book utterly fantastic. These things are intensity, romance and suspense. This passionate book tells the story of two friends living in extreme ends of society. Regardless of their backgrounds nothing is able to come between their love for one an other. Sephy is a cross father to a rich avaricious cross. Callum however is a nought also known as a blanker who’s family is living in extreme poverty. It is made clear that colour is important. Black people are seen to be a lot more superior where as white people are seen as nothing. Sephy and Callum look past the colour of their skin and fight for their love for one and other this leaving disastrous consequence.
